This new camera is fantastic. I’m still figuring some of the features out, but forest pictures? I can do those now.
The Barnevelder has started squatting when I approach her, which is awesome for two reasons. The first is that it’s a sign she should start laying eggs soon, and the second is that it means I can actually catch her. Which means I can take photos of her.
Does this mean we can be friends now? And then she ran away screaming.
The rooster was, as usual, a camera ham.
And I’m seriously considering just naming the tiny one Derpy Hen. I was trying to go with French or Dutch names for the Barbu d’Anvers, but I’m having trouble coming up with something fitting for her.
This was the first day since we got back that I was comfortable letting them out. It was fun being able to let them out to free-range again.
Love them. A good camera makes all the difference in the world.
